When will my order be shipped?

We know you are as excited to have your Love Bundle delivered as we are to ship it! We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Your order will be delivered via our courier. You will receive an email once your order has been confirmed and another email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Unfortunately, we can not commit to delivery times as this depends on the courier company, however, normally your order should be delivered within 2-5 business days. For further information please refer to your tracking number.

Can I specify a specific delivery time for my Bundle to arrive?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a specific delivery time or date, however, we can hold off posting an order if there is a date you would like it to arrive after. Just drop us an email and we will see what we can do!

Do you offer international shipping?

Due to COVID-19, we have disabled our overseas shipping for the time being.

I entered the wrong delivery address – can I change it?

If your parcel has not been picked up from Love Bundle HQ, we would be happy to change the delivery address for you! Please send us an email at hello@thelovebundle.com.au and we will let you know if your Bundle has been dispatched.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $14.95.

Can I have my Bundle sent to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. 


REFUNDS AND RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Please refer to our return policy for full details on our returns policy

Due to the time, attention and detail we take in assembling your bundle, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts get to you just as pretty as they left us. In a circumstance where a refund is required the refund will be made to the person who purchased the gift.

Can I return or refund an item from my gift bundle?

Unfortunately, no, as we take great care in selecting and packing our bundles we do not permit returns for individual items from bundles unless they are faulty.

What happens if my delivery arrives damaged?

We package every Love Bundle and its contents as carefully as possible in our carefully designed bundle boxes. Should any of the items arrive damaged, please take a photo and email us ASAP at hello@thelovebundle.com.au  so we can look into it straight away.

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

I couldn’t find a box I liked, can I make my own?

Sure can! Head on over to our ‘Create Your Own Bundle’ page and we would love to help you create your own Love Bundle! or please feel free to email us at hello@thelovebundle.com.au and we would be happy to help.

Can I change an item in my gift box?

Unfortunately, you can’t change items in our curated gift boxes for other items in our range. But do not worry! You can head over to our ‘Create Your Own Bundle’ page to build your own special bundle of LOVE!

Help! I need a gift for twins or more!

Don't worry we LOVE babies and a present for twins we can do! Either use our create your own bundle function or email us at hello@thelovebundle.com.au  and we will be super happy to help!

Are all products in stock?

We do our absolute best to keep our inventory up to date and all products available. However, as some items are single run, limited edition or very popular, we can have the occasional out of stock. As such, all our orders are subject to approval and availability. If an order is received and we cannot fill it completely, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement.

Can I send a card with my gift box?

Sure can! When you select your bundle you can add your gift card message.

Will the receipt be included in the gift box?

No, all communications are sent via email.
